Job summary

Saisystems Health seeks a VBC / Quality Strategist to advise on value-based care strategy, quality measures, and clinical improvement for provider organizations. This is a client-facing, high-impact advisory role partnering with RCM, PacEHR, Payor Enrollment, and Compliance to align quality initiatives with revenue cycle and documentation workflows.

The role focuses on improving HEDIS/STARS/MIPS performance, optimizing risk adjustment, and guiding PCMH recognition and payer contracts.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in healthcare quality improvement, value-based care, or population health management.
• 3+ years in a client-facing, consulting, or advisory role supporting provider organizations in VBC or quality program strategy.
• Strong working knowledge of HEDIS, CMS STARS, MIPS/APM, ACO/MSSP, and HCC risk adjustment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary VBC and quality consulting expert for an assigned portfolio of clients, providing advisory support across quality measure performance, care gap closure, risk adjustment, and value-based contract strategy.
• Lead quality analytics and performance reporting, delivering dashboards and executive-ready insights.
• Lead client-facing advisory sessions and quarterly business reviews with CMOs and quality directors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure EHR configurations support quality measure documentation and population health workflows.
