Job summary

Saisystems Health seeks a VBC / Quality Strategist to lead value-based care strategy and quality improvement for provider organizations. You will align quality programs with revenue cycle, clinical documentation, and population health workflows.

The role focuses on HEDIS/STARS/MIPS performance, risk adjustment, and payer contract strategy, with advisory support across multiple client engagements in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 5–8+ years in healthcare quality improvement, value-based care, or population health.
• 3+ years in client-facing, advisory roles supporting provider organizations in VBC or quality strategy.
• Strong knowledge of HEDIS, STARS, MIPS/APM requirements, and HCC risk adjustment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary VBC and quality consultant for assigned client portfolio with advisory support across quality and risk.
• Assess client performance across HEDIS, STARS, MIPS, APMs, and payer contracts; deliver improvement roadmaps.
• Advise on care gap identification/closure integrated with clinical workflows and documentation.
• Guide risk adjustment strategies, including HCC coding accuracy and wellness programs.
• Lead client-facing sessions and quarterly reviews with CMOs and population health teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align QA with revenue cycle and compliance.
