Job summary

Stout is seeking a Vice President in Valuation Advisory to lead a team delivering complex valuation services for private debt and equity portfolios, funds, and corporations. You will supervise valuation analyses, client relationships, and due diligence, applying advanced methods and AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or quantitative field.
• Minimum 5 years of business valuation experience with PPA/impairment and related tasks.
• Strong knowledge of financial models and valuation methods.
• Professional designations such as CFA/ASA/CPA preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Python/Tableau/Power BI is a plus.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and coach junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate, fund, and asset valuations, including analyses of DCF, multiples, and PPA.
• Prepare and review valuation reports and client presentations.
• Develop client interaction and participate in due diligence meetings.
• Provide valuation services for management planning and strategy.
• Conduct research on companies, industries, and economic conditions.
• Mentor interns, analysts, and associates.
