Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 5+ years of related work experience.
• Extensive B2B sales experience with small to medium-size firms.
• Strong working knowledge in Cash Management products and services.
• Effective problem solving, critical and strategic thinking skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong overall business acumen and professional communication.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engages in the local market, both remotely and in person, to build productive relationships that support commercial deposits growth.
• Develop relationships with qualified prospects targeting 10MM–100MM in deposits and formulate a strategic approach to win new relationships.
• Align with partners to deepen existing relationships and maximize deposit balances.
• Assist with relationship analysis and construction of client proposals; collaborate with Treasury Management to streamline onboarding.
• Maintain thorough records of activities with each prospect to ensure fluid communication across touch points.
• Be proactive, tenacious, and able to operate in both remote and in-person environments.
• Engage in relationship reviews to identify opportunities and stay up to date on TM strengths.
