Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a VP, Treasury Management to develop new business and support bank prospects and clients. You will work with Relationship Managers and banking officers to identify client needs and propose solutions, cross‑selling Treasury Management products in a consultative way.

You will build referral sources for leads, cross‑sell services, and drive treasury fee income while managing a portfolio of commercial clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from four‑year college or university.
• Seven plus years of treasury management sales or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop new deposit business and drive treasury fee income through networking and calls.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to win new business and present written treasury proposals.
• Identify products and solutions and cross‑sell to clients.
• Conduct periodic reviews with top treasury management clients.
• Provide training for new and existing customers.
• Manage and service a portfolio of commercial clients.
