Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust in Phoenix seeks a VP of Treasury Management to develop new business and support bank prospects and clients. You will collaborate with relationship managers and officers to identify client needs and recommend treasury solutions.

The role includes developing referral sources for leads and cross-selling treasury products to existing clients. The position focuses on growing treasury revenue through consultative sales, strong client relationships, and proactive market

Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge of Treasury Management products and services.
• Ability to build relationships with prospects, clients and internal associates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask while following through the sales cycle from proposal to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop new deposit business and drive treasury fee income for the bank through contacts, professional groups and networking.
• Work with Relationship Managers to bring in new business through team-based calling. Develop and present written treasury proposals.
• Identify products and solutions, present these solutions and cross-sell whenever necessary.
• Conduct periodic reviews with all top treasury management clients.
• Perform training for new and existing customers.
• Accepts and completes projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
• Manage and service a portfolio of commercial clients.
• Attend networking events, regional meetings, board meetings, etc. as needed.
