Job summary

Hope Enterprise Corporation, a regional financial services nonprofit, seeks a Vice President of Treasury & Business Solutions to lead treasury management product development and client onboarding for business and commercial customers. You will drive non-interest income, expand wallet share, and deepen client relationships across a broad suite of treasury services.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School or GED.
• 7+ years’ experience in treasury management, financial services management, business and product development, business banking, commercial banking, or related financial services functions.
• Experience creating and maintaining treasury management product roadmaps, onboarding frameworks, pricing strategies, and adoption plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding experience for business and commercial customers.
• Guide strategic sales conversations to identify treasury management needs.
• Participate in joint calls with regional managers and lenders to assess needs.
• Develop product roadmaps and pricing to drive non-interest income.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and HOPE's mission.
