Job summary

HOPE Enterprise Corporation in Alabama seeks a Vice President of Treasury & Business Solutions to lead the development of a comprehensive treasury management suite for business customers.

This senior leader will drive non-interest income, expand merchant services, online banking, and cash management, while collaborating with regional managers to identify needs and deliver solutions that strengthen client relationships and revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School or GED.
• 7+ years’ experience in treasury management, financial services management, business and product development, business banking, commercial banking, or related financial services functions.
• Experience creating and maintaining treasury management product roadmaps, customer onboarding frameworks, pricing strategies, and adoption plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding experience for business and commercial customers and document needs and revenue opportunities.
• Drive treasury management revenue growth and expand share of wallet through strategic sales conversations.
• Collaborate with regional business development managers and lenders to identify treasury needs and present solutions.
• Develop product roadmaps, pricing recommendations, adoption goals, and performance measures for treasury services.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and HOPE’s mission across treasury products and onboarding practices.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to expand Treasury Management Services, including merchant services and online banking.
