HOPE seeks a Vice President of Treasury & Business Solutions to lead the development of a comprehensive treasury product suite for business customers, driving non-interest income and deepening client relationships. The role collaborates with regional managers and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions for payments, deposits, cash flow, and online banking.

Formación

• Minimum High School or GED.
• 7+ years’ experience in treasury management, financial services management, business and product development, business banking, commercial banking, or related financial services functions.
• Experience creating and maintaining treasury management product roadmaps, customer onboarding frameworks, pricing strategies, and adoption plans.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate deep understanding of HOPE’s business and treasury management products and guide onboarding for business customers.
• Lead and participate in strategic sales conversations with customers and partners to identify treasury needs and solutions.
• Attend joint calls with regional managers to assess treasury needs and support relationship growth.
• Document customer needs, proposed solutions, next steps, and revenue opportunities after meetings.
• Monitor onboarding, adoption, satisfaction, and revenue to identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze customer needs and market trends to inform product strategy and enhancements.
• Drive non-interest income growth and share of wallet through treasury solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and HOPE’s mission in all treasury activities.
