Job summary

WSP USA seeks a Vice President, Project & Program Management to lead major rail and bridge projects in the Washington DC area. You will partner with Program Managers, engineers and architects to drive delivery of complex transportation programs.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 12+ years of relevant experience, with PMP preferred. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure programs on time

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 12 years of relevant experience in transportation infrastructure projects.
• Experience delivering large, complex programs with budgets over $250M.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Deputy Program Manager on major rail and bridge projects.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to prepare final design documents.
• Oversee program controls, risk, safety, QA/QC, and stakeholder management.
