Job summary

WSP is seeking a Senior Vice President, Project & Program Management to lead mega rail transportation programs in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will act as Owner’s Representative or PMO, shaping program strategy and ensuring successful delivery with a focus on risk management and stakeholder coordination.

The role requires extensive Design-Build program delivery experience, 15+ years in rail, and strong leadership and communication skills to guide client relationships and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• PE license in California or ability to obtain required.
• MS in Engineering preferred or beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead mega rail transportation programs as Senior VP, Project & Program Management.
• Act as Owner’s Representative and PMO lead for the program.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive Program Management Plans and controls.
• Manage relationships with public and private sector clients and partners.
• Drive staff development and ensure on-time, on-budget project execution.
