Job summary

WSP is seeking a Senior Vice President, Project & Program Management to lead the delivery of major highway and bridge programs in Denver, Colorado. You will oversee multi-project efforts from planning through closeout, guiding a team of program managers and engineers to meet scope, schedule, and budget objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• PE License.
• Extensive experience as a Program Manager overseeing CMGC/alternate delivery of highway projects >$1B.
• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven PMO oversight delivering toll road projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of highway/bridge improvement programs via CMGC or other methods.
• Manage a program of multiple connected projects through planning to closeout.
• Develop Project Management Plans including controls, design, risk, safety, quality, and env compliance.
• Manage client commercial interests, driving on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Perform schedule reviews and independent progress analysis.
• Provide solutions to project issues.
• Improve key operational performance metrics.
• Lead and develop staff and mentors.
• Build relationships with public/private clients and partners.
• Identify additional business opportunities and cross-sell WSP capabilities.
• Collaborate with leadership to deliver future-ready solutions.
• Uphold WSP Code of Conduct and policies.
