WSP in Denver seeks a Senior Vice President, Project & Program Management to lead a program management team for highway and bridge improvement initiatives. The role focuses on delivering complex programs across planning, design, construction and closeout, while guiding client relations and cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years of PM oversight on CMGC or alternate delivery projects over $1B, with a strong leadership and communication track record.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
PE License and extensive PM oversight experience.
15+ years delivering CMGC/alternate highway projects >$1B.
Proven client satisfaction with toll road PM services.

Responsibilities

Oversee a program of connected highway projects through planning, design, construction and closeout.
Develop Project Management Plans including controls, risk, safety, and environment.
Manage client interests to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Lead staff development, mentoring and stakeholder relationships.
Act as SME to internal/external entities and identify new business opportunities.
