Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and CA PE license preferred.
• 12+ years of post-education experience in civil and infrastructure design.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for multi-sector clients and partners on major transit rail projects.
• Lead design, planning, construction, and project management for civil infrastructure.
• Prepare and oversee budgets, schedules, and QA/QC for complex projects.
• Mentor staff and ensure adherence to safety and industry standards.
• Coordinate with owners, sub-consultants, and clients across multiple sites.
