WSP USA is seeking a Technical Director, Project Management for the Mid-Atlantic South Region. The role entails leading cross-functional teams on major transportation programs, managing budgets, schedules, and quality plans, and coordinating with clients and management.

Requires 12+ years in project management with 5+ years in transportation, PMP or equivalent, and strong communication. Hybrid work with in-office presence in MD/DC/VA offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of post-education experience with 5+ years in transportation projects.
• PM certification or equivalent experience required (e.g., PMP, CAP-M).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor cross-functional teams on mid-to-large projects, including budgets and schedules.
• Support development of proposals, cost estimates, scope, and resource plans.
• Manage contract obligations, change management, and QA/QC activities.
• Provide regular project reporting to clients and management.
