Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Vice President of Business Transformation to lead major processes and partner with senior leaders to deliver data-driven transformation across units. You will prioritize opportunities, orchestrate cross-functional execution, and set operational plans aligned with enterprise goals.

The role requires a strong track record in strategy execution, analytics initiatives, and large-scale change programs, plus excellent communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; certifications such as PMP, PgMP, CBTP, Change Management, or Six Sigma preferred.
• Ten years of related experience in business transformation with management experience and significant impact.
• Experience in management consulting and/or enterprise transformation in B2B environments; financial services background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads transformation initiatives that support business unit growth objectives and deliver measurable impact.
• Partners with leaders to identify high-value initiatives and align with strategic priorities.
• Designs and delivers transformation programs coordinating cross-functional teams for seamless execution.
• Drives data-driven problem solving, process redesign, and adoption of innovative solutions.
• Manages change and stakeholder engagement to ensure long-term success.
