Sedgwick, a global leader in risk and benefit solutions, seeks a Vice President of Business Transformation to lead major programs across business units. This role partners with senior leaders to identify opportunities, orchestrate cross-functional execution, and deliver data-driven improvements.

The ideal candidate will drive strategic change, align operational plans with enterprise goals, and sustain a culture of accountability and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business administration, finance, economics, management or related field.
• Ten years of experience in business transformation, with several years in a management role.
• Experience in management consulting and/or enterprise transformation in B2B environments preferred.
• Financial services experience (insurance, banking) highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead major transformation initiatives that drive growth and measurable impact.
• Partner with divisional leaders to prioritize enterprise-critical initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver transformation programs on schedule.
• Lead process redesign with data-driven thinking and technology enablement.
• Identify and implement high-impact use cases with technology and business leaders.
• Apply analytical rigor to diagnose issues and inform decisions.
• Drive change management and stakeholder engagement at all levels.
• Provide strategic insight and executive communication to leadership.
• Track outcomes, manage risks, and embed continuous improvement.
