Job summary

Colliers International in the United States seeks a senior real estate transactions professional to drive complex portfolio strategies for corporate clients. The role involves coordinating multi-property projects from initiation to close, negotiating terms, and delivering market analyses with cross-functional teams.

You will work with senior leaders, manage timelines, and leverage AI/LLM tools to enhance research and workflow efficiency while driving client satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of commercial real estate transaction experience.
• Active real estate license (required within six months).
• Advanced computer software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of AI/LLM tools and applying them to research and workflow.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage complex real estate transactions for corporate clients.
• Negotiate leases, acquisitions, renewals, and dispositions.
• Draft analyses, market reports, RFPs, and strategic recommendations.
• Monitor transaction milestones and coordination of resources across time zones.
• Present findings and strategies to clients and senior leaders.
