Job summary

Colliers is seeking an experienced real estate transactions professional to lead portfolio-level strategies for corporate clients across North America. You will act as a tenant/buyer/end-user agent, negotiating terms for leases, acquisitions, renewals, and dispositions, coordinating brokers and stakeholders to execute complex deals.

The role requires a Bachelor's in business or related field, 10+ years CRE experience, an active real estate license, and strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of commercial real estate transaction experience.
• Active real estate license (must be obtained within 6 months).
• Advanced computer software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet skills.
• Working knowledge of AI and large language model tools and applying them to research and analysis.
• Ability to motivate and negotiate with senior employees, management, and client groups.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Effective and persuasive presentation abilities on complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Implement real estate plans aligned with client goals and priorities.
• Act as tenant/buyer/end-user agent and negotiate terms for various transactions.
• Coordinate broker selection and resources; facilitate client approvals for transaction execution.
• Draft analyses and documents: market reports, RFPs, LOIs, financial analyses.
• Negotiate sales and leases; monitor expirations and renewal strategies.
• Review financial templates (NPV, IRR) to aid client decisions.
• Track transaction activity; prepare forecasts and savings reports.
• Prepare reports and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
• Travel for site tours, meetings, and business requirements.
