Qualifications

• 6+ years of financial due diligence experience, preferably with a Big 4 firm.
• Experience in healthcare transaction advisory preferred.
• Strong current knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements.
• Drive discussions with senior client executives.
• Draft and review tailored transaction advisory reports.
