Job summary

You will guide high-stakes engagements, supervise analysts, and deliver clear, actionable insights that influence investment decisions and negotiations.

Requirements include strong U.S. GAAP knowledge, CPA, advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Supervising analysts and associates to ensure efficient project execution.
• Identify key risks and potential deal breakers during due diligence process.
• Analyze detailed financial statement information including income statement, balance sheet, cash flow and operational data.
• Lead due diligence calls and meetings with client and target company management.
• Produce comprehensive due diligence report to organize and communicate findings.
• Actively involved in business development including client pursuits and proposals.
• Participate in the hiring and training of analysts and associates.
