Job summary

Santander Consumer USA Inc. seeks a Trade Floor Support Engineer to provide high-availability tech support for front office trading environments. You will work with traders and tech teams to diagnose issues, implement fixes, and improve system reliability.

The role requires deep knowledge of trading tools, market data, Windows, and ITIL processes. Responsibilities include end-to-end support for trading systems, incident management, and proactive monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent demonstrated through work experience.
• 9+ years with client technologies and support services.
• 3+ years Trading Floor EUT support experience.
• 3+ years production application support experience.
• Strong Windows OS knowledge; ITIL familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide rapid response to technical and functional issues across trading applications.
• Support front-to-back workflow tools and market-data platforms.
• Coordinate with traders, owners, and vendors to resolve incidents.
• Maintain service delivery records, CMDB data, and runbooks.
• Use PowerShell or Python to improve diagnostics and automation.
