Santander is seeking an Analyst, Fixed Income Middle Office (Pre & Post Trade Support) in the United States. You will provide front-to-back operational support across Fixed Income, serving as a bridge between Trading, Sales, Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Technology to ensure accurate trade processing and timely settlement.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience within Fixed Income Operations, Middle Office, Trade Support, or Capital Markets Operations.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reconciliation; familiarity with Bloomberg, TOMS, and Broadridge is preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide day-to-day support to Fixed Income Trading and Sales desks across products and client segments.
• Perform trade validation, allocation, matching, and post-execution processing.
• Investigate and resolve trade breaks, discrepancies, and settlement exceptions in a timely manner.
• Monitor trade lifecycle events to ensure accurate processing through settlement.
