BrainWorks is seeking a Vice President of Total Rewards to own the rewards strategy and programs end to end. Reporting to the CPCO and sitting on the People and Communications Leadership Team, this leader runs the function and brings finished recommendations forward for approval.

The scope includes executive and broad-based compensation, annual and long-term incentives, equity, benefits, retirement, leave, and recognition across every business unit.
