Sesame Workshop seeks an accomplished Vice President, Total Rewards to lead compensation, benefits, and related HR programs on a global scale. This executive will set strategy, governance, and analytics, directing a four-member team and advising the Chief People Officer and Board committees.

The role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, requiring global market insight, strong governance, and collaborative leadership across Finance, Legal, Payroll, and labor relations in a hybrid

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated leadership in Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits, and related HR disciplines.
Strong ability to analyze complex information and translate data into recommendations.

Responsabilités

Lead Sesame Workshop's compensation, benefits, and total rewards programs with governance and transparency.
Act as senior Total Rewards advisor to the CPO, senior leadership, and Board HR & Compensation Committee.
Partner with Labor Relations and other partners to align rewards with organizational priorities.
