Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evolve Guardian’s enterprise Total Rewards strategy.
• Advise executives on compensation, benefits, wellness, and broader Total Rewards matters.
• Maintain awareness of market practices and regulatory developments to keep programs competitive and compliant.
• Establish governance frameworks across Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS with controls and documentation.
• Oversee vendor relationships and optimize service quality and cost.
• Deliver executive-level reporting on Total Rewards spend and ROI.
