Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Vice President of Total Rewards to lead the strategy, budgeting, and execution of compensation, benefits, and employee health services across the system. You will partner with HR and executive leadership to ensure Total Rewards initiatives align with the organization’s priorities.

You will drive process improvements, standardization, and communication strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering high-quality Total Rewards programs across 200+ locations

Qualifications

• More than 15 years of HR experience, with extensive compensation and benefits experience.
• Healthcare experience within an integrated health system.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide Total Rewards strategies and programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction, planning, budgeting, and execution of Total Rewards programs across Baptist Health.
• Provide oversight for compensation, benefits, and employee health services.
• Partner with HR and executive leadership to align Total Rewards strategies with organizational priorities.
• Drive continuous process improvement and ensure regulatory compliance in Total Rewards.
