Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy, LLC in Atlanta seeks a visionary VP of Talent & Organizational Development to lead talent strategy, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. You will partner with executive leaders to shape workforce planning, leadership capability, and succession programs while aligning people initiatives with business goals.

This role balances strategic guidance with hands-on program delivery, overseeing Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and internal

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Master's degree in OD, HR, Business Admin or related field preferred.
SPHR, SHRM-SCP or equivalent senior-level certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead an integrated enterprise talent strategy aligned with Guardian Pharmacy's objectives, culture, workforce needs, and growth plans.
Partner with executive leadership to identify future workforce requirements, talent risks, succession needs, and capability gaps.
Develop workforce planning strategies that create sustainable internal and external talent pipelines.
Establish meaningful enterprise talent metrics and dashboards to evaluate effectiveness across acquisition, learning, leadership development, succession, communications, and organizational development.
Use workforce data and trends to guide strategy, investments, and priorities.
