Job summary
Guardian Pharmacy, based in Atlanta, GA, seeks a visionary Vice President, Talent & Organizational Development to lead enterprise talent strategy and build leadership, workforce, and organizational capabilities for growth.
The role reports to senior executives and oversees Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development, Learning & Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Change Leadership, and Internal Communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
- 15+ years in talent management, organizational development, leadership development or related fields.
- 10+ years of enterprise leadership experience.
- Experience partnering with executive leadership on culture and organization-wide initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead an integrated enterprise talent strategy aligned with business goals and growth.
- Oversee talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
- Provide strategic direction for Talent Acquisition and employer branding.
- Lead organizational effectiveness, change leadership, and internal communications strategy.
- Coach and develop the Talent & Organizational Development team and partner with HR, support services, and operations.
