Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy in Atlanta, GA seeks a Vice President, Total Rewards to lead compensation, benefits, and HRIS strategy across the enterprise. You will set governance, drive program design, and partner with executives to align rewards with business objectives.

You will oversee annual compensation planning, equity programs, and due diligence for acquisitions while ensuring regulatory compliance and cost control. Experience with Workday HCM and public-company governance is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CCP or CEBS are a plus.
• Strong background in compensation, benefits, and HRIS strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide Total Rewards strategy, governance, and programs.
• Oversee annual compensation planning, bonus, and equity processes.
• Drive due diligence and integration planning for acquisitions; report to Board/Committee.
