Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking a VP of Total Rewards and HRIS, a strategic HR executive responsible for compensation, benefits, leave, and HR technology. You will lead total rewards programs to attract and retain talent and ensure regulatory compliance.

This role partners with senior leadership to shape governance of HRIS platforms, data integrity, and scalable solutions. Hybrid work from our Franklin, TN headquarters, in a mission-driven healthcare environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred with focus in HR, compensation and/or benefits.
• 8+ years in human resources with 5+ years in Benefits/Compensation administration.
• 3+ years in a senior management role.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred; unions a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop and lead total rewards strategy including compensation, benefits, leave, and HR technology initiatives.
• Serve as strategic advisor to senior leadership on compensation, benefits, workforce planning, and HRIS matters.
• Oversee executive compensation, incentive programs, salary structures, job architecture, and benchmarking activities.
• Lead benefits strategy and administration, including health, welfare, retirement, wellness, and leave programs.
• Provide governance of HRIS platforms, data integrity, compliance, and system transformation initiatives.
