Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years in underwriting, sales, marketing and distribution management.
• Proven ability to drive profitable growth and meet annual production targets.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills to monitor KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Engages with Regional Field Leader and collaborates with Unit resources for local offices.
• Collaborates with National Distribution to meet annual production and profitability plans.
• Aligns books of business with agents/brokers to maximize profitable growth.
• Develops and maintains relationships with key agents and brokers in the territory.
• Regular reporting of performance indicators to achieve profitability goals.
• May lead staff with talent management and succession planning.
