Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial insurance sales and distribution experience.
• Strong understanding of Workers' Compensation and Commercial Package underwriting.
• Proven ability to lead and develop sales leaders and high-performing teams.
• Experience working with large national brokers, regional brokers, and independent agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales and distribution strategy for the Northeast Region, driving growth.
• Manage and develop a team of Regional Sales Managers with coaching and performance leadership.
• Build and expand relationships with agency and broker partners, including large firms.
• Develop strategic growth plans for mature and underpenetrated markets across the region.
• Drive sales execution and increase market share and product penetration.
• Partner with underwriting to align sales with profitability goals.
• Maintain visibility with executive leadership and manage high-profile engagements.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities and drive improvement.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and professional development across the team.
• Provide updates on performance, market conditions, and distribution opportunities.
• Travel extensively across the Northeast Region for business development.
