Job summary

CNA Insurance seeks a senior leader to drive distribution profitability with national brokers across the US. You will align CNA’s business units’ appetites with brokers’ books of business and collaborate with home office and regional teams to maximize profitable growth opportunities.

You will develop strategic initiatives to keep CNA ahead in a dynamic distribution environment, cultivate key producer relationships, and provide leadership in talent development and compensation strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of related experience; preferably in both broker and carrier roles in field and home office environments.
• Minimum 8 years of leadership roles in insurance industry organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal alignment between CNA business units’ appetites and broker books to maximize profitable growth.
• Develop and execute initiatives to position CNA as a market leader in a changing distribution environment.
• Manage national broker relationships and collaborate with home office and regional leaders to meet production/ profitability plans.
• Lead a team with focus on talent development and succession planning per corporate direction.
• Contribute to broker compensation discussions and supplementary offerings as needed.
