Job summary

CardioOne, a physician-led, technology-driven cardiology platform, seeks a VP of Technology & Implementation — Core Platform. You will lead end-to-end implementation across EMR/EHR, PACS, patient engagement, ASC, and revenue cycle, coordinating with executives, clinicians, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions.

You will establish repeatable processes, govern complex programs, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring data integrity and operational readiness across practices.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience leading healthcare technology implementations.
• Experience managing complex, multi-site, multi-vendor deployments with overlapping timelines and dependencies.
• Deep experience implementing EMR/EHR, PACS, patient engagement, imaging, and revenue cycle systems.
• Strong understanding of healthcare interfaces, interoperability, and clinical workflows.
• Experience leading hardware procurement, network readiness, and site IT setup.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, planning, execution, and stabilization for technology implementations across multiple practices and markets.
• Lead deployments of EMR/EHR, PACS, patient engagement, ASC, revenue cycle, and related healthcare applications.
• Define scope, milestones, risks, budgets, and go-live criteria; provide transparent reporting.
• Build standardized playbooks and readiness assessments to improve speed and predictability.
• Communicate status, risks, decisions, and tradeoffs to executives, clinicians, and vendors.
• Manage multiple interface projects involving clinical, imaging, and data platforms; coordinate testing and cutover.
