Job summary

CardioOne, a physician-led cardiology platform, is hiring a hands-on Systems Engineer to implement and support IT infrastructure for multiple cardiology practices. You will coordinate site builds, deploy networks, configure servers and endpoints, and ensure secure connectivity across on‑premises and cloud environments.

The role requires 3–5 years in IT, strong networking, firewall/VPN experience, and travel to practice locations.

• Bachelor's degree requirement and 3–5 years hands-on experience in systems, network, or IT support; knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, wireless networking; experience with Windows environments, cloud services, endpoint security; ability to follow designs, run checklists, document work; experience with remote MSPs; strong communication and organization; willingness to travel to practice locations.

Responsibilities

• Site readiness and deployment task completion to plan.
• Network deployment and documentation of wired/wireless infrastructure.
• Hardware and endpoint setup across practice locations.
• Server and cloud connectivity installation, configuration and support.
• Secure access support including VPNs, firewalls, identity controls.
• MSP and vendor coordination for tickets and changes.
• Application troubleshooting across clinical and business apps.
• Go-live readiness testing and onsite support.
• Ongoing operational support and documentation.
• Maintain inventories, configurations, patches, and monitoring.
