Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise healthcare implementations or customer success in healthcare technology.
• Deep experience supporting cardiology physician groups or cardiovascular service lines.
• Strong understanding of ambulatory practice operations, including prior authorization and revenue cycle management.
• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives and build relationships with healthcare executives.
• Experience with ambulatory EHRs such as Epic, athenaOne, or similar platforms.
