Job summary

CardioOne, Inc. invites a senior technology leader to own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle across our core platform for cardiology practices.

You will guide multi-site deployments, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure clinical readiness while coordinating with operations, vendors, and IT teams. Remote work is considered with preferred states; base salary range of $225,000-$250,000 plus benefits, 401K, and a 15% incentive bonus.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience leading healthcare technology implementations.
• Deep experience leading multi-site, multi-vendor implementations with overlapping timelines.
• Experience implementing EMR/EHR, PACS, patient engagement, advanced imaging, revenue cycle, data migration, and related healthcare tech.
• Strong understanding of healthcare interfaces, interoperability, testing, and production support.
• Experience hardware procurement, endpoint deployment, network and infrastructure readiness, and site IT setup.
• Proven ability to create repeatable, scalable implementation processes and governance.
• Executive-level communication, stakeholder management, risk-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, planning, execution, and stabilization for tech implementations across multiple practices and markets.
• Lead deployments of EMR/EHR, PACS, patient engagement, ASC, revenue cycle, and related applications.
• Define scope, milestones, risks, budgets, and go-live criteria; provide reporting and escalation.
• Build standardized playbooks, readiness assessments, stage gates, and post-implementation reviews.
• Set expectations and communicate status, risks, decisions, to executives, clinicians, and vendors.
• Manage multiple interface projects involving clinical, imaging, and data platforms; coordinate cutover and issue resolution.
• Direct data discovery, mapping, cleansing, conversion, validation, and cutover activities while ensuring privacy and continuity.
• Oversee hardware procurement, IT setup, network design, and site infrastructure for launches.
• Establish a support/optimization function to sustain existing practices and drive improvement.
• Hold vendors accountable for deliverables, timelines, and quality.
• Establish testing and adoption plans including training, change management, and go-live support.
• Build and mentor a high-performing implementation organization.
