Job summary

Citi is seeking an experienced Vice President to lead the Tagging Center of Excellence, owning the tagging lifecycle across web and mobile platforms and driving data quality and governance. The role requires deep tag management and digital analytics expertise and strong leadership to partner with Analytics, Product, and Technology teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in analytics roles within financial services
• Experience as an Operations Research Analyst, Analytics Manager, or related position
• Experience in digital analytics, web analytics, or digital measurement with complex tagging programs
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch
• Experience owning tagging COE operations, analytics governance, or digital measurement programs
• Strong background in digital product analytics, including launches and A/B testing

Responsibilities

• Lead the Tagging COE team with full accountability for performance and governance
• Own end-to-end tagging lifecycle across web and mobile platforms (definition to validation and QA)
• Develop KPI frameworks and dashboards to enable data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with Analytics, Product, and Technology to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Identify AI-enabled automation opportunities to optimize tagging workflows
• Manage stakeholder communications and maintain RACI governance for COE scalability
