Job summary

Gen Digital seeks a senior Digital Analytics & Tag Management Lead to own the company’s web measurement infrastructure across Tealium iQ, Amplitude, and privacy compliance. You’ll guide data layer design, governance, and instrumentation strategy while leading a small IC team.

This role partners with marketing, product, legal, and engineering to ensure accurate analytics at global scale. You will drive data-driven decision making, establish standards, and champion privacy-respecting tagging

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or related field is required.
• 10+ years in digital analytics, web measurement, or marketing technology with people management experience.
• Deep Tealium iQ expertise including tag deployment and data layer configuration.
• Strong ownership of enterprise data layer governance and data quality.
• Proficiency in Amplitude analytics, SDK integration, and privacy-compliant tagging.

Responsibilities

• Own data layer strategy, governance, naming conventions, and variable standards.
• Lead Tealium iQ implementation, tag management, and privacy-compliant tagging.
• Define instrumentation strategy for web and mobile properties; validate event capture.
• Manage Amplitude governance, SDK integration, and cross-team adoption.
• Lead a 2-3 ICs team and collaborate with marketing, legal, and engineering.
