HARIBO UK invites an experienced VP of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end operations across demand planning, procurement, S&OP, logistics, and compliance, aligning with the Global Supply Chain and Commercial teams to enable ambitious growth while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role demands transforming the supply chain through digitalisation, strategic partnerships and high-performing teams, with accountability for budget, working capital, and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience within supply chain, manufacturing, logistics or FMCG environments.
• Experience delivering operational transformation and large-scale organisational change.
• Ownership of S&OP and track record of building high-performing teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end supply chain including Demand Planning, Procurement, S&OP, Customer Supply Chain, Logistics, Master Data, Import and Export compliance.
• Own the UK & Ireland Supply Chain strategy within HARIBO's leadership framework.
• Transform the supply chain through digitalisation, partnerships and continuous improvement.
• Manage budget, productivity targets and working capital optimization.
• Develop and coach senior leaders, fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture.
