Viking Electric, part of the Sonepar family, is seeking a Vice President of Supply Chain to provide strategic vision and leadership for our supply chain, including purchasing, inventory, pricing, and supplier relations. This executive role drives transformation across the organization and partners with senior leaders to deliver growth and profitability.

You will optimize supplier partnerships, portfolio performance, and pricing effectiveness while fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience leading organizational transformation at the executive level.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and change initiatives.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to guide teams, set expectations, and develop leaders.
• Experience in pricing governance, margins, and category strategies.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute inventory, procurement, and replenishment strategies.
• Partner with Operations and Sales to optimize inventory deployment.
• Improve forecasting and SIOP with KPIs for inventory health.
• Lead enterprise pricing strategy and margin optimization.
• Oversee category management and supplier relationships.
• Align pricing with customer segmentation and growth goals.
• Develop a high-performing supply chain organization.
