Job summary

TAKKT FoodServices, a division of TAKKT Group, is seeking a Vice President of Supply Chain to provide enterprise leadership for end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution at Harrison, Ohio. You will oversee purchasing, inventory management, demand planning, warehouse operations, freight management, and import compliance.

You will partner with Finance, Merchandising, Sales, suppliers, and logistics partners to drive profitable growth, improve performance, and deliver annual cost savings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, operations, logistics, finance or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution, inventory management, purchasing, or operations.
• Experience leading integrated supply chain functions within a distribution, wholesale, retail, manufacturing, or multi-site fulfillment environment.
• Strong knowledge of demand planning, forecasting, inventory optimization, transportation, warehousing, and cost management.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive operational improvements, and deliver measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy aligned with business and financial objectives.
• Oversee planning across purchasing, inventory, forecasting, transportation, warehousing, and product flow.
• Develop strategies to improve inventory productivity, product availability, working capital efficiency, and forecast accuracy.
• Lead purchasing, replenishment, inventory optimization, lifecycle planning, and aged inventory reduction initiatives.
• Partner with distribution and warehouse leadership to optimize performance, capacity, and inventory accuracy.
• Manage inbound/outbound freight operations, carrier relationships, and transportation cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with import regulations, customs, and trade laws.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor service, inventory, freight, compliance, and cost savings.
• Drive continuous improvement via data analysis, process improvement, technology and automation.
• Lead, develop and mentor supply chain teams and collaborate with executive leadership.
