Qualifications

• 15+ years in manufacturing/operational leadership.
• Experience in multi-site, high-reliability environments.
• Aerospace/defense or regulated manufacturing background valued.

Responsibilities

• Own site and network performance across SQDIP with targets and accountability.
• Develop and deploy an Operational Excellence system with Lean principles.
• Translate plans into operational initiatives with measurable EBITDA impact.
• Drive productivity, throughput, cost and margin improvements.
• Lead strategic sourcing, material planning and supply-chain resilience.
• Establish SIOP rhythm linking demand, capacity and production plans.
• Oversee capital deployment and footprint optimization.
• Ensure robust NPI and production readiness with Engineering/Product.
• Drive integration of acquisitions and technology transfers.
• Maintain governance across defense and regulated activities.
