Job summary

Lean Focus is seeking a Vice President of Supply Chain & Distribution to lead the strategy, performance, and continuous improvement of the end-to-end supply chain across North America. You will own demand and supply planning, procurement execution, inventory health, and working capital productivity across multiple brands and facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business or related field
• Minimum 12 years progressive experience in supply chain management, purchasing, planning, inventory management, procurement, logistics, or manufacturing operations
• Minimum 5 years experience leading multi-site or enterprise-level Supply Chain teams
• Experience with Lean tools including Visual Management, Daily Management, Standard Work, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping
• Strong financial acumen, data orientation and executive communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop North American supply chain management strategy
• Lead purchasing, planning, and inventory management across brands and facilities
• Create standard work, clear performance expectations, and operating rhythms
• Improve order fulfillment, forecast discipline, supplier reliability, and inventory turns
• Reduce waste and complexity in supply chain processes
• Partner cross-functionally to align supply plans with demand
• Own purchasing execution, supplier scorecards, escalation, and cost improvement
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methods
• Build supply chain capability through organization design and talent development
• Support integration of acquired or aligned brands into scalable model
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, trade and supplier requirements
• Develop annual operating plans, budgets and productivity initiatives
