WSP in New Jersey is seeking a Vice President, Structural Engineering to lead delivery for highway bridges, rail and transit structures, and other structural engineering services from the Lawrenceville, NJ office (with Morristown, NJ also considered). This hybrid role requires three days in the office weekly.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in engineering/transport infrastructure
• PE license with multipstate preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to travel occasionally

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive leadership for the structural engineering discipline to ensure project deliverables
• Oversee delivery for highway bridges, rail and transit structures
• Manage project budgets and supervise staff and subcontractors
• Pursue business development and grow NJ pipeline
