Job summary

WSP is seeking a Vice President, Structural Engineering for the New Jersey Team in Lawrenceville to lead delivery of highway bridges, rail and transit structures, and other structural services. This hybrid role requires 3 in-office days per week and close coordination with NJDOT, NJ Transit, and local agencies.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years of experience, a PE license, and proven leadership in multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of experience with a college degree or equivalent experience in engineering, transportation, infrastructure, and/or project management.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive and strategic leadership for the structural engineering discipline and function, offering direction, expertise, and support to ensure project and work site deliverables are successfully achieved within the business sector.
