Job summary

State Street is seeking an experienced Program Manager, VP to lead enterprise-scale programs in a consulting context. You will own end-to-end delivery, establish governance, manage risks and dependencies, and drive outcomes across initiatives with senior stakeholders.

You’ll influence leadership, navigate ambiguity, and partner with sponsors to secure alignment and deliver strategic value for financial services programs.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading large, complex programs with accountable execution.
• End-to-end ownership from mobilization through delivery and value realization.
• Experience across multi-workstream, cross-functional programs with senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to influence without authority and drive decisions.
• Strong executive presence and effective communication with sponsors.
