Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 12–15+ years of experience in project management, preferably within financial services or a highly regulated environment.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional initiatives involving multiple senior stakeholders.
• Strong experience developing and managing milestone-driven project plans.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and drive accountability without direct authority.
• Experience working across Finance, Workforce/HR, Technology, and Vendor-related initiatives is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of initiatives across Finance, Workforce and Vendor onboarding programs with clear milestones.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans including milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Ensure scope, timelines, and success criteria are defined and agreed with stakeholders.
• Draft, socialize, baseline, and track milestones; manage risks and dependencies early.
• Lead governance forums, status updates, and executive reporting across multiple workstreams.
• Identify risks, issues, and changes; drive mitigation and change control processes.
