State Street Corporation in Quincy, MA seeks a VP, Program Manager / Senior Business Analyst to lead complex transformation initiatives. You will own end-to-end planning, requirements, execution and transition, partnering with Business, Operations, Product and Technology to achieve milestones and outcomes.

The role requires strong program management, business analysis, governance and executive communication skills, with cross-functional leadership across senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Significant experience in program management, project management, business analysis or transformation.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs involving Business, Operations and Technology.
• Strong knowledge of planning, governance, risk, dependency management and executive reporting.
• Strong business analysis capabilities including requirements definition and facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of programs, projects and strategic workstreams.
• Develop integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies and critical paths.
• Coordinate activities across Business, Operations, Product and Technology.
• Establish governance, status reporting and management routines.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, actions and dependencies with timely escalation.
• Prepare concise program updates and executive-level reporting.
• Conduct stakeholder sessions to elicit and translate requirements.
• Translate business needs into clearly defined requirements and solutions.
• Support validation that delivered solutions meet business requirements.
